Series B Funding

Flow Engineering, a startup that offers AI tools for hardware design, has raised a $50 million Series B round at a $750 million valuation from prominent investors.

The financing round was co-led by Valar Equity Partners and Atreides Management, with participation from Sequoia Capital and individual investor Roelof Botha, who has also joined the company's board of directors.

AI Agents for Hardware

Based in San Francisco, the three-year-old company develops AI agents designed to help manage the complexities of hardware design by automatically aligning CAD drawings with product specifications, simulation outcomes, and testing data.

The company lists notable industry customers including Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, General Motors PPU, RV Tech, and Stoke Space.
