Meta’s handheld AI gadget, called the Muse Charm, will be able to recognize and interact with other nearby Charms when it launches later this year.

The handheld gadget will come with a built-in 5G modem to interact with Muse AI without Wi-Fi.
The Muse Charm houses the company’s Muse AI agent and comes with a built-in 5G modem, meaning you won’t need to connect to Wi-Fi to interact with the AI agent. It will come with a two-inch OLED touchscreen, a new operating system, and a fingerprint sensor you can use to start interacting with Muse AI.
Features and Media
The Charm will also feature cameras designed for taking photos and videos, as well as for providing Muse with visual information about its surrounding environment. It will have built-in speakers, microphones, and a USB-C charging port as well, while offering music and video playback. You’ll also be able to set up the device through Meta’s Muse app on iOS or Android.
Pricing and Release
Meta plans to launch the device in time for the holidays in December, but didn’t confirm any pricing information. Sources indicate that the Charm will likely cost as much as a smartwatch, though the company still hasn’t determined mobile carrier fees for 5G access.
