SpaceXAI Rebrand
Elon Musk has confirmed that SpaceXAI will change its name to SpaceXSI, reflecting the new moniker “Super Intelligence” introduced following a federal executive order. In a social media post, Musk responded affirmatively to a user inquiry regarding the company's renaming after previously stating a preference for the new terminology.
The executive order officially shifted the designation from artificial intelligence to super intelligence during a technology summit at the White House. The administration suggested that the updated terminology better represents the scale of the technology compared to the previous descriptor.

Following the summit, a dedicated oversight initiative was established to manage domestic policy, support technological advancement, and interface with private sector developers. The group reports directly to the administration to coordinate national computing strategies.
Domain Industry Impact
The broader industry implications remain uncertain for companies utilizing legacy naming conventions. Meanwhile, global registrations for country-code top-level domains tied to previous terminology have generated significant revenue for registry nations, contributing substantially to government budgets.
In response to the shift, market speculators have actively targeted alternative domain extensions, though major corporate properties have yet to complete full operational migrations.
