Key Features and Design
The Picco’s monochrome ePaper display offers a 235 PPI resolution, supporting both physical page-turn buttons and touchscreen navigation, alongside four-way screen orientation. It includes an adjustable front light with both warm and cool settings for comfortable reading in various environments. A magnetic ring case is bundled with the device, allowing it to attach securely to the back of a smartphone for enhanced portability. While it comes with 16GB of storage, the Picco supports microSD expansion up to 2TB, providing ample space for a vast digital library.
Introducing Boox Tiles
The Picco represents Boox’s initial venture into its new product category, dubbed 'Boox Tiles.' This initiative aims to explore more unconventional and creative form factors beyond traditional tablets and e-readers, integrating ePaper technology into a wider array of everyday applications.
