The iPhone Duo is positioned as one of the major hardware releases of the season. Although official preorders open on October 16, initial availability details have been confirmed through carrier channels.
New Xfinity Mobile Plus subscribers and existing Diamond members subscribed to Mobile Plus can receive up to $1,000 off an iPhone Duo preorder with an eligible trade-in. Subscribers on legacy Premium Unlimited plans are also eligible for the promotion, while customers without a trade-in can receive a $400 discount.

Rettailed at $1,999, the iPhone Duo is Apple's most expensive smartphone to date. The device features a hybrid form factor that unfolds from a 5.4-inch outer display to reveal a 7.6-inch inner nano-texture screen.

Under the hood, it runs on the Apple A20 Pro chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of baseline storage. Camera hardware consists of dual 24MP front-facing cameras alongside a 48MP main rear sensor and a 48MP ultrawide lens.
