Titanium Court Reaches Consoles and Mobile Devices on October 29
One of the standout games of the year is leaving Steam behind and expanding to new platforms.
Out of thousands of titles released on Steam this year, Titanium Court earned widespread acclaim. The game is scheduled to launch on Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Android, and iOS on October 29.
Gameplay and Mechanics
Titanium Court originally debuted on Steam in April and won the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at the Independent Games Festival Awards. Developed by AP Thomson, the title blends roguelite mechanics, visual novel storytelling, and RPG elements.
🚨 Titanium Court has escaped from our computers! 🚨 📣 It's marching towards Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android 🎮 📱 Brace yourselves; it arrives on October 29! — Fellow Traveller (@fellowtraveller.games) 2026-10-14T16:02:05.662Z
Each run, referred to as a war, consists of battles broken into two phases. The first phase functions as a match-three puzzle where players maneuver tiles representing resources like wheat, rivers, forests, and enemy castles. Lining up matching tiles gathers resources or destroys enemy strongholds while setting up the battlefield for the defense phase, where players recruit workers and soldiers.
The gameplay challenges players with strict rules, limiting heavy store trading and restricting certain winning tactics. Figuring out these constraints is a core part of the experience.
Story and Meta-Game
Between runs, players take on the role of a newly appointed queen who starts out entirely unaware of the bizarre kingdom's nature. The journey features references to pop culture, baseball, and Jenga.
Titanium Court offers a stylish, clever, and offbeat experience packed with humor and surprises.
