Anniversary Content Update
Dispatch is now officially one year old. To celebrate, AdHoc Studio is giving fans new content in the form of a commentary track and storyboard modes, a new mobile version of the game, a live concert with a performance from Prism, and additional merchandise.
AdHoc’s debut title, Dispatch, released to positive reviews on October 22, 2025. Made up of Telltale alumni, the developers brought players along for Robert’s journey from zero to hero alongside a chaotic cast of super-powered characters.
A year later, fans are awaiting updates on AdHoc’s next project, but in the meantime, they can explore exciting additions to Dispatch and experiences that bring the game's world to reality.
Deluxe Edition Enhancements
Now included in Dispatch's Deluxe Edition are a Commentary Mode and Storyboard Mode. Commentary Mode brings players back with two separate audio tracks where actors and developers chat about the project as the game progresses. Storyboard mode shows players the sketches that laid out how the game's scenes were planned.
The Deluxe Edition also comes with a digital art book and four digital comics. Those who already own the Deluxe Edition will get the Commentary and Storyboard modes for free, while those who have the standard version can upgrade for $10.99 USD.
Mobile Release Date
Dispatch is also coming to mobile devices, launching on Android and iOS on December 9, 2026, with additional support for Google Play Games on PC. The base game has been rebuilt for touch screens and vertical play, and mobile players can get the first four episodes for free. The full release will cost $19.99.
New Merchandise
A three-record soundtrack vinyl set featuring artwork from art director Derek Stratton will be available to purchase, with 100 signed copies. Shirts, hoodies, four physical comics, a hardcover art book, and a collectible box are also up for sale.
Live Concert Event
The music of Dispatch is being brought to life with a special concert for one night only. On Thursday, December 3, fans can gather at the AVALON Hollywood to watch songs from the game performed live alongside several musical guests.
Dispatch was only possible because of folks who believed in it enough to show up and do their best work. In our industry, it's often really hard to showcase those people and how the development process actually works, but fortunately our game is very weird and specific and affords us some unique opportunities, said Nick Herman, Co-Creative Director on Dispatch and COO of AdHoc Studio.
For the fans who made Dispatch a part of their lives, we wanted to give them more ways to experience the world they love, whether that’s playing alongside the cast and crew, experiencing the entire game in its original storyboards, or hanging out together at a live concert.
If you haven't played Dispatch yet, the game originally earned a 9 out of 10 score for its sharp-witted workplace comedy, smart dialogue choices, and writing.
