Promotion Details
Pokémon cards will return to McDonald's Happy Meals soon, with 15 more cards to collect.
According to reports, branches of McDonald's in the U.S. will feature packs of cards in Happy Meals from November 5 to December 9 this year, meaning collectors will have just over a month to gather the set.
As with previous versions of this promotion, 15 cards will be on offer via individual four-card booster packs, each featuring three regular cards and one holographic card.
Card Lineup and Expectations
Currently, there is no official word on which specific cards will be included. Past years have seen the promotional packs feature reprints of existing cards with an exclusive McDonald's logo.
Fans are still waiting to see if certain special cards that launched in Japan via a similar McDonald's Happy Meal promotion will make the transition to international markets.
Previous international promotions have occasionally faced challenges regarding scalping and high demand, prompting tighter rules and distribution adjustments by the restaurant chain.
McDonald's is yet to officially confirm the promotion, though full details are expected to be announced in the near future.
