October's PlayStation Plus Lineup
Sony has officially revealed the PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for October 2026.
This month's trio of titles includes a racing simulator, a monster-filled extraction shooter, and a multiplayer voxel shooter.
F1 25
Launched last year, F1 25 is a well-received entry in Codemasters' long-running Formula 1 racing series. The game offers a broader and improved package compared to its predecessor, making it one of the strongest installments since F1 2020.
Hunt: Showdown 1896
Next up is Hunt: Showdown 1896, Crytek's first-person extraction shooter where players battle mythological monsters. Originally released in early access in 2018, the PS5 version also includes a battle royale mode.
Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2
Finally, Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 is available for both PS4 and PS5. This third-person shooter features local and online co-op, continuing the story of voxelEarth after the first game's events. Brothers from around the world must reunite to confront a new enemy threatening to devastate the planet.
