IVE Crossover Event
PUBG: Battlegrounds is expanding its lineup of in-game collaborations with a new crossover featuring K-pop girl group IVE. The event brings the group's 2022 hit song "Love Dive" to the battle royale shooter, introducing themed locations, character skins, custom choreography, and music video integrations.
The collaboration is live now on PC and launches on consoles on November 12. It features three special IVE locations across the Rondo map, inspired by the "Love Dive" music video, including the IVE Mansion. All six members are represented with character likenesses, outfits, accessories, and weapon skins. Players can also find special IVE Emote Stages across six maps—Rondo, Erangel, Miramar, Taego, Deston, and Vikendi—to perform emotes and view music video clips on PC or album artwork on consoles, alongside Cupid's Crossbow and Cupid Chicken Man interactive elements.
Returning PvE Modes
Alongside the musical crossover, the update also brings back two previous PvE modes with significantly increased difficulty levels for players seeking a tougher challenge.
The HLB: Dawnbreakers of Rondo mode features more frequent enemies, higher fuel requirements, and weaker defensive objectives. It runs from November 4 to 25 on PC and from November 12 to December 3 on consoles.
Additionally, the roguelite mode Xeno Point: Hell replaces its standard difficulty tiers with a single punishing Hell difficulty and introduces a tougher fourth sector. This mode runs from November 18 to December 2 on PC and from November 26 to December 10 on console.
PUBG's latest update combines high-energy pop culture tie-ins with demanding cooperative gameplay additions for both PC and console players.
