Roadster Stunts

Watch the new Roadster make crazy jumps.

Roadster Stunts

Tesla's Roadster launch event featured notable car stunts. The Roadster first appeared at the bottom of a C-shaped ramp, drove up twice, and stopped at the top perpendicular to the ground, hanging upside-down. After the second time, the car jumped off the ramp, rolled over, and safely hovered to the ground using cold-gas thrusters utilizing SpaceX technology.

The automaker also demonstrated the Roadster jumping over several parked vehicles side by side. Near the end of the presentation, the vehicle performed a final flip by jumping from a stationary position, turning over in the air, and hovering back down.
