Keychron Q1 HE Overview
The Keychron Q1 HE, a unique and customizable wireless keyboard featuring magnetic switches, is currently available at a significantly reduced price of $192.
That’s a $48 discount off its list price, and the same deal that we saw during the summer Prime Day event and last year’s Black Friday sale.
Keychron Q1 HE
Features and Customization
This 82-key wireless QMK keyboard features Hall Effect Gateron 2.0 magnetic switches. You can use the Keychron Launcher web app to customize your keyboard by setting up macros, adjusting settings and configuring the magnetic switches. The magnetic switches let you adjust the actuation points, or the sensitivity of the keys and assign multiple actions to a single key.
Expert Opinion
In a review, Francisco Lahoz called the Q1 HE a “refreshing example of what fine-tuning an already excellent design can achieve.” He noted that the addition of magnetic switches elevated the keyboard beyond the original Q1, while maintaining the “solid aluminum frames and striking color schemes”.

Keychron Q6 HE Alternative
For users preferring a full-size layout over the Keychron Q1 HE’s 82-key design, the Keychron Q6 HE offers a similar experience with magnetic switches and an aluminum body, including a full number pad. It is available for $230.
